    William J. Jenkins says:
I am your Dad's first cousin. Your grandmother was my Aunt Sally, my Dad's, , (Arthur) only sister. when I was nine years old , your Dad gave me his First Lieutenants bars because he had become a Captain and said he no longer needed them. It meant so much to me. your grandmother was always so nice to me. Some special memories. I just found his obituary in researching our family. William (Jim) Jenkins
