Thomas Eugene Drake, Sr.

Thomas Eugene Drake, Sr., 85, of Williamsburg, passed away November 15, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents and his two daughters, Cheryl Elizabeth Drake and Donna Jean Drake Tidwell. Thomas is survived by his wife Bettye; daughters, Cindy Drake Curtis, Betty Drake Perk; son, Thomas E. Drake, Jr.; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was a long time member of Walnut Hills Baptist Church. Thomas enjoyed being out in nature, fishing; he restored old cars and built his family home. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 5-7pm at Bucktrout Funeral Home, 4124 Ironbound Road. Williamsburg, VA 23188. A funeral service will be held at Walnut Hills Baptist Church, 1014 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg on Saturday, November 19^th at 1:30pm with burial to follow in Williamsburg Memorial Park.
