Theodore Baxter

Theodore Alexander Baxter, 62, passed away November 26, 2013. Mr. Baxter was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Williamsburg. In his younger years he worked with NOAA, and served with Jacques Cousteau on the Calypso.Ted was preceded in death by his father Theodore Joshua Baxter.Left to cherish his memory is his mother Gladys Baxter; a sister Jeanie Baxter Russell of Surry; a brother Gregory Alexander Baxter of Fayetteville, GA; two nephews Alexander Joshua Baxter and Carson Alexander Baxter; and his pet companion Cheddar.A graveside service was held at Cedar Grove Cemetery on Thursday, December 5, 2013.The family requests memorial contributions be made to Heritage Humane Society, 430 Waller Mill Rd., Williamsburg, VA 23185.
