Dear Beltran Family, Your dad, or "Pap" as you lovingly called him was a true patriarch. He always wanted the best for his children and he did everything he could to help you succeed. He had a gentle and welcoming way. I know his passing leaves an aching hole in your hearts. May you find some comfort in your many memories. I'll be thinking of you.
