Bob, you were more like my brother than a brother-in-law. You took me out and showed me how to drive, you showed me how to walk in my first pair of heels (grammar school graduation) and fell down the porch chairs. After I got married, the 4 of us would do a lot of things together. We'd play cards and you would drive me nuts by telling me which cards I still had in my hand. We'd ride the train together to go to work downtown. You were such a cheerful morning person and liked to talk, and I was not a cheerful morning person. You loved to aggravate me. You were a wonderful husband and father. My heart breaks losing both of you this year, but I have such wonderful memories. Take care of my sister. Love you both!

Uncle Bob - my godfather, was such a wonderful example of how to love your family, and have so much fun doing it. My memories of his fun loving spirit will always be treasured. He will be missed but will always be that treasured memory.

So many memories! Most vivid ones are your wonderful smile and infectious laugh. Shared memories of our CURSILLO weekends, and God’s love and blessings. Taught me that you don’t pollute a good gin with tonic water, too.
