Robert J. Hanlon passed away April 3, 2019 after a two year battle with cancer.  Bob was born in Philadelphia PA on October 8, 1948, one of six children.  After graduation, he joined the U.S. Air Force and had tours of duty in Italy and Taiwan.

Returning to civilian life, Bob worked briefly at the FBI before joining the Central Intelligence Agency.  On his first overseas tour, he met and married his wife of 43 years, Linda.  Bob loved to travel and during his 25 year career with the CIA, he traveled far and wide.

    Anita Hungate says:
Our memories of Bob began when two young guys befriended each other at Shu Lin Kou Air Station, Taiwan. Later meeting up in Falls Church,Va there were many enjoyable K of C golf tournaments, summer barbecues and the wonderful father daughter dances. Our friendship continued even with their move to Williamsburg, Va and we celebrated together the marriages of our children and births of our grandchildren. Our dear friend Bob has left behind beautiful memories for us to cherish.
