Williamsburg ñ Robert C. Speranza ,Sr., 78, passed away December 6, 2014. He was born in Boston, MA. and retired in Williamsburg, Va. for the last 20 years. Survived by his wife of 56 years Helen F. Speranza, daughter Julie A. Prata, husband William J. Prata, son Robert C. Speranza Jr., wife Marie Forte, son Richard J. Speranza, wife Linda Perry, daughter Jean T. Speranza and six grandchildren, Jennifer, Michelle, Bobby, Richie Speranza, Christopher Rogers and Blaze Speranza. The family will receive friends from 1- 4 pm Wednesday December 10, 2014, with a prayer service at 3:00pm, at Bucktrout Funeral Home. Burial will be 9:00am Thursday December 11, 2014, at Williamsburg Memorial Park, with a reception to follow at Bucktrout Funeral Home until 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to St. Jude Childrenís Research Hospital 5700 Cleveland St. #325 Virginia Beach, VA. 23462.
