Paul Bass

Paul Bass, died Sunday, December 27, 2020 in his home after a lengthy, courageous battle with cancer. He was 65.
Paul Bass was born May 25, 1955 in Williamsburg Va. to Jessie Paul Bass and Thelma Bass. Paul worked as a grounds keeping manager for Wyndham Resorts before retiring.
Paul was an avid hunter and fisherman with a passion for the outdoors and wildlife. He enjoyed boating and fishing on the Chickahominy River with his son Leon and friend Collin. He was well known in the community as P. B. Paul also enjoyed watching his son Leon and friends play a good game of softball from time to time.

Survivors include his daughter Stephanie Bass son Leon Bass, his grand children Kasi Bass, Kobe Bivins, McKenna Bass, ex- wife Arlene Bass, his Sisters Linda Wiswell her husband Eric Wiswell of Houston Texas, Janet Spence her husband Kevin Spence of Richmond Va. his brother Chris Bass of Richmond Va. numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was predeceased by both parents, his father Jessie Paul Bass, mother Thelma Bass and son Paul Bass Jr.

Gathering will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday December 31, 2020 at Bucktrout Funeral Home, 4124 Ironbound Road Williamsburg Va. services will follow at 4 p.m.
