Paul Bass, Jr.

Paul Bass, Jr., born July 18, 1978, who was a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend to many, passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2020. His favorite foods were pork chops and a chicken legs. Paul, or “PJ,” always looked forward to his every Monday morning date with his mom. His fondest outdoor activities were field trials, fishing, and hunting with his Dad, brother, and friends and taking the upmost pride in raising and taking care of his chickens. He gave true meaning to love thy neighbor because everyone who came in contact with PJ instantly loved him and became his  “buddy.” If you gave PJ your number and he told you he would call, you could bet your last dollar because that’s exactly what he was going to do over and over. PJ enjoyed having a cold beer or two as well as good conversation with friends. At home he enjoyed playing cornhole, blasting his music, and showing off his latest dance moves. He survived by his parents, Paul Bass and Arlene Bass; sister, Stephanie Bass; brother, Leon Bass; nieces, Kasi Bass and McKenna Bass; nephew, Kobe Bivins; and numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, and buddies.
