The De Chirico family announces the death of Patrick C. De Chirico, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, who passed away peacefully, age 82, in Williamsburg, Virginia on July 21, 2019.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna, two sons, Ron (Rhonda), Kevin (Dawn) and daughters, Kathleen (Brian Richardson), Christine (Andy Meyer) and 11 loved grandchildren.  Also surviving, his sister, Phyllis Tomaro, and brother Daniel De Chirico.  Patrick was pre-deceased by his first wife, Susan, whom he married in 1963, a union that celebrated 50 years together.

Patrick enlisted in the Marine Corps upon High School graduation, retiring 43 years later as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 in 1997.

While raising his family in Branchburg, and later Stockton, he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, plus working for Bell Labs and AT&T.

After retiring from AT&T and the Marine Corps, Patrick was very active in the Flemington VFW, the Marine Corps League and the N.J. Chapter of Operation Shoebox.  As Commandant of the Marine Corps League, he was honored to be part of the Eagle Scouts Court of Honor Ceremonies.  He also helped with the N.J. Toys for Tots organization.  He was also proud of his desire to help the local community.
