The beautiful and spirited Patricia Lynn Collake peacefully passed away on Feb 28, 2022.
She was born In West Palm Beach Florida September 13, 1987 spending a vibrant life both in Florida and Virginia.
She is lovingly embraced by her mom, Sandra Mills (Jeff), her son, Daniel Swinson, her father RIcky Collake, her grandmother, Pat Bragg, her brothers Stephen Collake (Stephanie), Michael Collake, and a large loving Collake and Cook clan, many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as many true north friends.
We will all miss her lively presence in our lives. The family truly appreciates your love, support, and prayers.
The family will host a reception with light refreshments immediately following the service (same location). Burial will be private with immediate family.
