I am so sorry to hear of Murphy's passing. I knew Murphy and Nancy when they attended Christ Church Milford, DE. In a nutshell, Murphy was a delight ! He always had a smile on his face, and looked closely after Nancy. The last time I saw Murphy, was last summer in the Royal Farms in Milford getting a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I approached him and introduced myself; he "admitted" that he didn't remember me specifically, but certainly remembered and appreciated his time at Christ Church. At eighty years old, I feel that God knew it was time to call Murphy home and to be with Nancy at Peace. May God Bless You and your family at this time of loss. Sincerely, Beverly Russell

Professor Bird was one of my very favorites at VA Tech in the early 1970's. He was very caring and personable, and he gave such practical advice. I will always have such wonderful memories of him. God Bless
