Gifts & Memorial Donations

On Saturday, August 16, 2014, Marthe passed away after a week of hospital care in Williamsburg. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband Charles Perdrisat, she had been my dear wife for 52 years, the mother of our son Terry (Francois) Perdrisat, and grand-mother for his 3 sons Matthew, Jonathan and David. Her family lives in Switzerland and includes one niece and three nephews, children of her now deceased brother and sister. She will be remembered as a very happy, engaging and creative person; in particular she devoted much of her time to running her Kingsmill Art Studio. Her Celebration of Life memorial will be on Friday August 22, 5:00 PM, at Bucktrout Funeral Home Williamsburg.

    Carol Hankins says:
Charles, I enjoyed talking with Marthe at one of the department's gatherings. It was fun talking to her about her home. And I treasure the work of art that was given to us ladies in the office one year. Blessings to you. If you need anything, please let me know.

Charles, we are so sorry to hear about your loss of Marthe. We remember her fondly, her hospitality, and her art work (Scherenschnitte). I have an art piece and will be reminded of her every day. Please find some relieve in your sorrow remembering the good times.

    Joe and Lyn Dellinger says:
We will miss Marthe. She was a close neighbor in the beginning of our relation, but quickly became a close friend. We will always remember happy visits with her and Charles and with their grandsons Matthew, Jonathan, and David, as well as with the boys' mother, Judy, and the numerous friends who came to Marthe's and Charles's home.
