Epitaph By Merrit Malloy

When I die; Give what’s left of me away To children and old men that wait to die. And if you need to cry, cry for your brother/sister; Walking the street beside you.; And when you need me, Put your arms; Around anyone; And give them What you need to give to me. I want to leave you something, Something better, Than words, Or sounds. Look for me, In the people I’ve known Or loved, And if you cannot give me away, At least let me live on in your eyes And not your mind. You can love me most; By letting Hands touch hands, By letting bodies touch bodies, And by letting go of children; That need to be free. Love doesn’t die, People do. So, when all that’s left of me Is love, Give me away.

Margie was my best friend, confidant, counselor, common sense spouter, my home away from home and my forever friend. We talked about someday building 2 little houses w a path between them and growing old together. Friends for 26 years. I still can’t get my head around it and probably won’t for a very very long time. I will miss you horribly my friend. I love you forever!

We will not forget your laugh and how well you took care of my sister, Loretta. And your dad after her passing. 2 Cor.5:8 says absence from the body is presence with the Lord.

    Helene and Bernie says:
We will miss those hearty laughs. We loved when you shared your stories. You were a blessing to your mom and dad and had taken wonderful care of them. Your Dad will be sad without you. Thanks for the times you would visit with family in Pittsburgh. The Bible says absent from the body means present with Lord. 2 Cor.5:8 So we plan to see you again.

No words to describe the loss but so many to describe the love. You are forever in our hearts and memories.💕
