    REGINA SMITH says:
It is with a heavy heart, after very restless nights, that I’m trying to process the loss of my friend of almost 50 years. We had such a history; experienced so many memorable moments in our lives – doing so side by side. We continually supported, encouraged and prayed for each other, even when we were not able to physically be together much later in life. I will always remember Lula as my sister, friend and confidante, and will be forever grateful to have had the kind of bond we had that countless others can only hope for. Many prayers and blessings to her family for God’s comfort, peace, protection and strength during such an incredibly difficult time.
