Lakin (Ashlyn) Gabel, 21, of Williamsburg, passed away on November 27, 2017.

She was a graduate from Warhill High School. Her hobbies included; hunting, fishing, and drinking beer.

Lakin was preceded in death by her “Grammy” Sandra Bowers and her “Memaw” Veretta Catherine Queen. She is survived by her son, Harrison Alexander Aldridge; the father of her son, Matthew Aldridge; parents Timothy and Roxanne Gabel Jr.; brother, Tag Gabel III; grandparents, William Bowers Sr. and Larry and Shirley Ratcliffe; uncles B.J. Bowers (Laura), Wesley Varner (Sara), and Larry Ratcliffe Jr. (Amanda); aunts, Tricia Clark (Michael), and Bonnie Wallbank (Chris); and many extended family members.

The family will receive friends on December 2, 2017, from 4pm – 5pm at Bucktrout Funeral Home, with a service following at 5pm.
