Katherine “Kate” Palmer, 85, passed away on July 27th after a long illness. She and her husband of 65 years, Ron, moved to Williamsburg in 1994. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, Linda, Rhonda and Sandra, plus four grandchildren. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the Heritage Humane Society in Kate’s name.
