    Debbie Turnage says:
Earl, not sure if you knew this or not but I now live in Columbus, Mississippi so I was not aware that Joyce passed over a week ago until today. Like you, I am very saddened by this. Joyce was always so nice and easy to work with during our working relationship at William and Mary. She always went above and beyond the call of duty and on top of everything else she was someone I considered to be a good friend. I am so sorry for you and your family's loss but just know she will be waiting for you so someday you can be together again forever.
