Gifts & Memorial Donations

Joseph Michael Pasquarello, 60, of Williamsburg, passed away on October 2, 2015.  He was born on November 15, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA, to Michael Pasquarello and Concetta Repice-Pasquarello.  He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Jessica Pasquarello-Vashaw.

Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Cheryl Slater-Pasquarello, one daughter, Kristina Pasquarello of Norfolk, VA; his brother, Michael Pasquarello and wife Barbara of Killington, VT; his grandson, Aidan, and his granddaughter, Sophia.

Joseph graduated from Drexel University in 1977 and began his career as a Professional Engineer, working in both private industry and the Federal Government.  He recently retired this past August and relocated to Williamsburg to be closer to loved ones. His family was his true passion as he was a caring, devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  In his free time—between  walks with his beloved Welsh Terrier, Brookie—he enjoyed completing home improvement projects, vacationing at the beach with his grandchildren, and watching professional golf and football.  Mass will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, 10 a.m. at STELLA MARIS CHURCH, 814 Bigler Street, Philadelphia, PA.  Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Joseph was an amazing person and was a significant attribute to the VISN 1 safety and health staff. He provided so much knowledge and insight to the realm of life safety in VISN1. More importantly he was a great person full of integrity and kindness. He will be missed. I will pray for him during mass and I will also pray for solace for those family members who have suffered an immeasurable loss.
