    Marie Slater says:
Girls I have known you since you were little and having your family right beside us for so many years brought me so much joy. Your hugh families became our family. I loved your parents so much and your dad was such a wonderful caring man and so attentive to my husband when he was sick. I am so glad to hear that he got a dog which I begged him to do to give him some comfort and love. I am so sorry that he is gone and he will be greatly missed but not forgotten
