James Blake Jennings

James Blake Jennings, 88, died peacefully on April 24, 2023. Born April 12, 1935 in Cartersville, VA. He was the son of Blake and Helen Jennings. Preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Blake Jennings and his brother Sidney Jennings (Myrtle). He was retired from Case Power and Equipment and White Oak Equipment in Ashland, VA. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Barbara Thrall Jennings, his daughter, Sheryl F. Gore (Ray), two grandchildren, Megan Hurst (Joey) and Chase Gore and one great-grandson Landon Hurst. A graveside burial will be at Williamsburg Memorial Park on May 6th, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
