Prior to the arrival of children, she ran a successful craft show business. An avid reader, she was a student of history and the financial markets. For many years, she enjoyed hosting large family gatherings over the Christmas holidays at her home in Surry which were enjoyed by all.
She was born on July 3, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland and was preceded in death by her brother Jerry. She is survived by her husband Marlin, son Stuart, sister Alyce, and grandchildren.
