    PHIL RUSSELL says:
RICKS CHARITABLE WORK WITH TROUBLED YOUTH HAD A TREMENDOUS IMPACT ON MY LIFE. THE WEEKENDS HE WOULD PICK ME UP FROM THE CHILDREN'S HOME TO STAY WITH HIS FAMILY PROVIDED THE STRUCTURE AND GUIDANCE I NEEDED. HIS KIND SPIRIT AND CARING NATURE EMBODIED THE FATHER FIGURE HE WAS. AMONG MANY THINGS, HE TAUGHT ME TO ALWAYS STAY POSITIVE, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND TO NEVER GIVE UP BECAUSE ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!
