Ellen K. Bradley

Ellen Steele Bradley, lifelong resident of Williamsburg, died on August 24, 2023, in Poquoson, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Henry William “Bill” Bradley and her sister, Ms. Doris Steele Page. Mrs. Bradley is survived by a brother, William “Billy” Steele and his wife, Joan of Cayuga, Indiana; a nephew, but almost like a son, William David Towler of Yorktown. She had other nieces, nephews and families in Indianna. She worked for Watts Motor Co. for 19 years and Pittman Chrysler Plymouth Corporation for 29 years as office manager and bookkeeper. She retired in January 1999. She went to work part time for Schmidt Florist Inc. Until 2004. Services will be private. Bucktrout Funeral Home is in charge.
