Elias John Kokolis

Elias John Kokolis, 22, of Williamsburg, passed away suddenly on Friday January 22, 2016. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marinos Kokolis, Kaliopi Kokolis and Ioulia Stavropoulos. Elias is the grandson of Giorgos Stavropoulos,beloved son of John and Pinilopi Kokolis; adored brother of Marinos (Athena) Kokolis, Giorgos (Emma Grace Hagaman) Kokolis, Nikolaos Kokolis, and his twin brother Adoni Kokolis; and cherished uncle of Penelope, Ioannis, Elias, Andreas, and Elias Kokolis. Elias also leaves behind his girlfriend Lauren Ashley Stacks, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends that will greatly miss him. Elias was a devoted member of Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Owner of Astronomical Restaurant, was hard working, soft spoken, had a big heart, and loved his family.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 28, from 6:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 4900 Mooretown Rd., Williamsburg. Trisagion service will begin at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 29 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Williamsburg Memorial Park.
