Eleanor & I met in 7th grade. We became fast friends that year and by 8th grade we were the best friends and still are. She may be gone but will never be forgotten. We shared our weddings, hers in September 1959 and mine in September 1960. Many years we spent having dinner together in September for joint celebrations of our wedding days. Eleanor was such a warm and wonderful person. She was always there for her friends and family and always made you feel good just to spend time with her. So many wonderful memories of so many times together over the years. I will keep them in my heart and mind forever. Debbie, Sandy & Bill, my prayers and love go out to all of you and your families.

So sorry to learn of your beloved mother's passing. I'm sending my deepest sympathy to Debbie, Sandy her daughters and her brother Bill and your families. I always enjoyed spending time with Eleanor--we joked & teased about our Opdyke background. May you find much peace & comfort in knowing how deeply she loved all of you.
