I had the privilege of serving under LCDR Oyer in Keflavik, Iceland. He was perhaps the best Officer I had the honor of serving under. I am sorry for the lost of this outstanding Officer. May God be with his family in their time of need. Lt Oyer fair winds and falling seas. MN1 Larry W SEIBERT, USN(ret)

    Doris Dickerson says:
It was my pleasure to care for Mr Quill and Miss Marion for most of last year. He was such a joy and a lil devil at times. LOL! Like turning the oven or stove off when I was cooking. HA! HA! I enjoyed listening to him reminiscing about his life growing up and his countless stories about time spent in the military. Watching him stomp the mole mounds and cleaning every leaf and pine needle off the driveway with his cane on his way out to check the mail. I will miss his smile, charm and wit. Prayers of comfort and peace along with hugs to the family. Rest in peace Good Looking.
