Edwin Alexander Tejada-Delgado, 27, of Williamsburg, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016. Edwin is survived by his mother, Hilda Delgado; father, Eliseo Tejada; daughters, Gabriella Michelle Tejada-Lam, Daniella Alejandra Tejada-Lam; brother, Andres Tejada; Uncle, Ronaldo Tejada; and many other family members and friends.  A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016,1 pm at St. Bede Catholic Church , 3686 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188 . Interment will be held at his native home in El Salvador.

    I am so sorry you must suffer this terrible loss. My heart aches for you. Please know that the Creator feels hurt, too, when he sees our loved ones die. He views death as an enemy and he vows to reverse its effects. (1 Corinthians 15:26) At Isaiah 26:19 and Acts 24:15 respectively, He assures us, "Your dead will live" and "There is going to be a resurrection". Throughout the Scriptures, He paints beautiful word pictures of what life will be like at that time. (Revelation 21:4; Isaiah 65:21-25; Psalm 37:10,11) Edwin will then have the perfect opportunity to live the way the Creator originally intended for him. You can have your son again. Our Creator who cannot lie has promised. May the wonderful hope for Edwin and all of our dead loved ones bring you peace and strength.
