    Edith M. Lent says:
Doug was a great guy and serviced our HVAC System since we moved to Williamsburg in 98. He loved our dogs and sometimes brought his on a call. Always personable and always great service. Doug called me a couple of times from the Hospital and on his last call he said he would call me again. Sending Prayers, Love and Support to the Smith Family, I know this has been a tough year for the family, with losing Doug and Jessie. Sincerely, Edith and Bill Lent.
