Cora Lamond

Cora Elizabeth Peeler Lamond of Williamsburg passed away Monday, November 25, 2013. Cora was born April 7, 1927 to Alric Arnold and Mary Katherine Peeler.

Cora graduated from Holy Springs High School in Mississippi and received her B.S. at Delta State, her M.A. from Memphis State, and her M.A. in guidance from The College of William and Mary. She was a member of S.C.O.T.S. Masters of Scotland and the Burgess Society of Colonial Williamsburg and St. Andrews Society of Williamsburg.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband John Lamond; a son John almond and his wife Tina, Two daughter Heather Lamond Walker and her husband Chrles and Mary Olivero, a brother Sam Peeler and his wife Pattye, 5 grandchildren Brandy, Jack John, Sam, And Natalie; 4 great grandchildren Charlie, Joey, Ozzie, and Sophia.

Services will take place in Tupelo, MS.
