Williamsburg – Cecilio Ramos Duran, 84, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. A funeral mass will be held today, June 14th at Saint Bedeís Catholic Church in Williamsburg. A graveside service will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, June 17th in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk with Navy Honors.
