Carol Ann Dinwiddie Wynder,70, born May 2, 1944 died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Sunday,September 14, 2014. Carol, daughter of the late Dorothy Bradford Wheatley Dinwiddie and William Barton Dinwiddie, Jr., was born in Van Buren, Maine. She is survived by her husband, Charles ìChuckî Wynder, children Todd (Carrie), Gary (Heather), Charles Jr. (Bethany), Carrissa, Christopher (Rhonda), 14 grandchildren, a special cousin Charles ìChuckî Wheatley, Jr. (Judy), her sister-in-laws Celestine

(James), Lois (Leon), Laura, brother-In-Law McAllister (Bernice). Carol graduated from Salem College, retired from the U.S. Civil Service and the College of William and Mary.

At her request arrangements will be private, in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Williamsburg Hospice House or your favorite charity.
