Carlos Alberto Tejada Lopez. 18, of Williamsburg, passed away far too soon, on March 21, 2018.

He was born in El Salvador and has spent the last year of his life in Williamsburg, Virginia. Carlos was a very happy teen who had many friends and attended Lafayette High School. He enjoyed playing soccer, his favorite team was Real Madrid. He loved his mother and younger siblings very much, he was the oldest son.

Carlos leaves behind his mother, Hilda M. Lopez; brother, Alexis Lopez; sisters, Tatiana Lopez and Tania Lopez; and uncle, Marcos A. Guerra.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 2:00pm at Saint Bede Catholic Church.

    My deepest and sincere condolences. Words alone cannot ease the pain when suffering the loss of a loved one. The Bible can offer comfort when dealing with such painful times. It offers hope as brought out at Revelation 21:4. There we see how the many things in life that causes us pain, including death, will be removed forever. We also have the comfort knowing that we have the opportunity of seeing those we have lost to the enemy death, once again, by means of the resurrection hope as brought out at Acts 24:15. Please do find solace in this.
