I will miss you very very much my friend, Dean. I thank you for the years we both spent at the Jamestown Marina, as well as fishing, and just chatting. We had fun being kids, teens, and adults. My visits back to the Jamestown Marina was a treasure in my heart to cherish forever. You are missed and loved. Sincerely, Ellen

Dean was a most generous person who would have given all of the food away at the Snack Bar if he could. I remember those early years growing up at the Jamestown Marina. The whole Heath family was always ready to step in and help anyone, whether a boater or not. The friends of Dean always knew that he would take time to talk to anyone that needed help in the fishing and boating fields. He was the expert. People will certainly have a saddened heart to see such a wonderful friend, as well as family man pass away too soon. You are loved and missed.
