    Duke Diggs says:
Graduating ahead of my sister at Matthew Whaley, Betsy was a lifelong friend to me and my family. From our many family visits with her parents at The Williamsburg Restaurant (Across from Binns Store on Duke of Gloucester) as a child I remember the sights, sounds, great aromas and laughter at the restaurant. Betsy you will be missed!
