    Faith Staples says:
Berta had a very loving and open heart. She loved her family and was so very proud of all of them. She will be missed. My sympathy to all who mourn her presence. It always was a pleasure to visit with her through WFIA.

    Judy Emanuel says:
I so much enjoyed the many conversations I had with Berta through Faith in Action. I always looked at her home as I passed to see if her son or Charlotte were there. I will miss her sunny disposition and the sharing of many of her life's experiences.

    Joanna Adcock Sturgill says:
I was not able to be around Aunt Berta much because I live in Texas. I am Estelle Adcock's daughter, Joanna. The last time I saw Aunt Berta, I was with my brother Jimmy and we visited in her home in Williamsburg. She was such a sweet person and I really enjoyed visiting with her.
