Babette Coe Prince

Williamsburg – Babette Coe Prince, 91, passed away on Saturday August 2, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Prince, and her parents, Raymond and Marcelle Coe. A devoted mother and homemaker, Babette is survived by her sons Russell, Robert, and Clifford, and her daughters-in-law, Barbara and Rachel. She was a loving grandmother to Michael, Ava, Emily, Megan, Connor, and David; and she was blessed with a great-granddaughter, Juno.

An active member of Bruton Parish Church, Babette enjoyed singing as part of the choirs for many years and spent time volunteering in their gift shop. She loved caring for others and loved to dedicate her time to volunteering at Williamsburg Community Hospital.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Friday, August 15,10am at Bruton Parish Episcopal Church, 201 Duke of Gloucester Street, Williamsburg, VA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bruton Parish Church, P.O. Box 3520, Williamsburg, VA 23187.
