    Paul General says:
My deepest sympathy to the entire DiSalvo family. Tony and I worked at Canon Virginia Inc. for almost twenty years. As the Empoyee Relations Manager in Human Resources our paths frequently crossed as it related to employee/management issues involving the members under his supervison. Tony was firm but always fair when it came to the members in his divison. On many occassions when the Cartridge Divison were required to work overtime and on weekends, Tony along with the support of Employee Relations would provide lunch and other special incentatives to his members just to let them know they were appreciated and valued. Tony was one of the connerstones of the company that ensured its contiued success. Tony and I shared a love of the New York Giants and on Monday mornings during football season would often share our approval or frustration on their perfomance. He was a unique individual and will be truly missed. Rest in peace my friend.
